I have been to the Heights location twice now, and I am very pleased with the service I have received. I own a 2011 Toyota Rav4, which I have done regular maintenance on since I bought it in 2014. Ted (the manager, I believe) is very professional, patient, and leads a good team that does honest work. He takes the time to explain procedures, answer my questions with clarity, and is transparent with the services received for the cost. During the first visit (in July), I had an oil change, battery corrosion service, and my serpentine belt replaced. I did have to go back to have my battery replaced because unfortunately it was dying due to the extensive terminal corrosion, but they were happy to help. I recently went back the second time because my car was hesitating when I was accelerating. I opted to have the all of the recommended service completed including spark plug replacements, BG three part fuel & air induction system cleaning, replacement of upper and lower radiator hoses (there was a minor leak in one of the hoses), BG coolant fluid exchange, and BG transmission fluid exchange service. The only services of these that I had prior to this was spark plug replacements. My car is running much smoother, and I feel the prices were very reasonable for the service I was given. I am a picky and tough customer, but they have fulfilled my needs. I recommend their shop and will be going back until I move away from Houston. On a side, they have a text notification system that shows exactly what they recommend and the cost with photos if there is an issue. Additionally, their services are protected with a 36 month warranty that I can use nationwide with participating shops including the battery.
