Gina was so helpful when I experienced unexpected or budgeted car repairs. She checked a car fax and learned that some of the work should be taken care of through an existing warranty at another car repair shop. Extraordinary!! I am very confident of their honesty, straightforwardness, competence, concern and expertise.

The service and helpfulness of the staff at Master Care Care are impressive. Recently, I was stranded (dead battery) at 6 PM. An employee came to my location, jumped the car, and brought me home, even though it was late and the shop was closing. I appreciate their responsiveness.

This was not the typical automotive shop! My car was making a strange noise under the hood so I waited until it got under my skin. I'll be honest not sure how I decide to "Google" these guys. I talked with Harrison and he corrected my thinking (bold move). made an appointment for the next day. Arrived looking for this Harrison, he is nice and informative. Harrison and those at the shop treated me and my Journey like royalty. The mechanic annualized the problem and it was fixed without delay. I have to go back because of my delay there were other problem consequently. I'm not one for sales people but Harrison and the office team gave the saying me casa you casa a firm meaning. I will be back to complete my "new" car experience. I will tell my friends and the like about this cool place. They provided me a ride to the coffee shop and picked me up with promptness. Ronald
